Where sea buckthorn grows
A berry that thrives where little else grows.
Sea buckthorn is a hardy, thorny shrub of the cold desert regions of the Himalayas, including Ladakh and Lahaul–Spiti. It survives freezing winters and very little rain, and still fruits with bright orange berries.

Are Niroza products vegetarian?
Yes. All three products are plant-based, and our capsules are veg capsules. Look for the green veg symbol on the pack.
How should I take them?
Vitamin B12 and Sea Buckthorn: 1 capsule twice a day with lukewarm water. Digest Powder: 5 g (1 scoop) once a day with lukewarm water. Or take them as directed by your physician, and do not exceed the recommended daily usage. The labels list them for adults above 18.
Can I take them if I’m pregnant, nursing or on medication?
Niroza products are nutraceuticals, not medicines. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication, or buying for a child, please ask your doctor first.

How should I store the packs?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, keep out of reach of children, and close the pack tightly after each use.
What is the shelf life?
Best before 24 months from the date of manufacture. Once you open a bottle of capsules, use it within 6 months. Check the dates printed on your pack.
